Tip to afabs: men's clothing!!!! Mens shorts are lifechanging, the pockets are so deep, they never feel too short, they almost always have belt loops, sometimes they even have MORE pockets than normal (and are NEVER fake), theyre cheaper, more comfortable, and i haven't had any trouble with my big(ish) thighs! Other clothes from the mens section can also be pretty baggy since they arent designed to hug your body and show off your curves, unlike women's. I reccomend finding non-focal pieces in men's sections, like shorts and flannel jackets, then collect statement pieces (graphic tees, patchwork clothes, etc) from literally wherever you find them

I think that the costs of it that it is totally worth for you to make any money of it will be a bit more than I can spend on those things, especially because I know how to make them and I enjoy making jewlry, but I love getting inspiration from you and that you arent upset at people for doing that and I think seeing those pieces at a market of sorts would be so fun because they are so cute and pretty. but yeah I really need to make another faux-ary soon because they are so fun to fidget with and yeah I love your content.

on your discussion on people calling you neurodivergent: i'm sorry that people have called you that out of the blue and made you uncomfortable ,that sucks :( i have autism and adhd, and i do see myself in you, not in a bad way, and i don't mean to say definitively that you have either, but that we feel joy and love from things in similar ways. i feel a sort of parasocial kinship with you, you are kinda inspiring for me. and i get feeling like "i can't be this i don't struggle as much as them and i don't wanna co-opt that thing", i'm autistic but i don't have very visible struggles, my issues are not the same as all other autistic people. basically- sorry people upset you, if you do look into the possibility of you being neurodivergent remember that it's a spectrum and everyone has a different range of symptoms. also cool stuff, good luck with the shop!

I am literally so happy for you! You're out here working so hard and making these really one of a kind pieces - I am very excited for the patches! I love having things to put on jackets. I am trying to make and sell things myself while I am currently out of work (I am no where near having literally anything done, haha) but I am honestly worried nothing will be good enough. I would not worry about your patches being perfect because their imperfections are what make them unique. To have someone's are that they crafted from their own hands is so special.
